I love this Vietnamese restaurant, foods are delicious, today I have real "com suon"( white rice and grilled porks, cucumber, salad, and fish sauce) and "Bun bo Hue" (Hue style beef stew). They are not expensive!

Vietnamese food has different regional variants. Typically, it's usually from Southern Vietnam cooking style. This restaurant is from the Chinese/Vietnamese cooking style. It's still Vietnanese food but through the perspective of Chinese/Vietnamese from Saigon. Since they are located in Lousiana, you get a bit of Creole Southern style mix into it. The food is delicious. I always have the rice plate or the dry noodles bowl. People are sweet. My only feedback would be the atmosphere. For me, there are too many tables and thus cluttering the place. I would suggest moving a few tables out. It's also a bit intimidating to walk into into the tables are cluttering so much space.
